1. Employees are less as compared to the vast nature of the projects. So ownership of work is not taken and work is passed from one department to another resulting in delay. 2. Phone calls are ignored by few departments, no etiquette to drop a message or call back. Therefore works are kept in hold. 3. Salary is less as compared to market.
