I like and love to work at Vadodara office. I am always ready to work at Vadodara Office but in Permanant Payroll. Previously I was as Fixed Term Employee so I left the organisation otherwise there is no issue for me at Vadodara office. In future i am always ready to rejoin as a Permanant employee.

Job security is there in L&T, but work life balance is never there. Too much pressure.

All the projects are fast track only for engineering division. Construction team can complete their work in their time

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
