Young management of company if very dynamic and active. Few HR policies are very good like health insurance, domiciliary insurance. Company gives good opportunities if you have passion and competency.

Few HR policies are good, however some need to modified to meet today's need. In a city like Mumbai they impose strict timing restrictions which is not possible due to various issues in the big city of Mumbai. If you are lateral joinee, you need to prove yourself to get confidence of your supervisor so that you can get equal opportunities. Too much work pressure sometime they even don't see its Sunday or leave. Most of Renumeration has to be reimursed. For work exposure it's an excellent place to work but don't expect equivalent renumeration.
