Likes

Training program for employee development is like zero. Seniors are very approachable. Appraisals are very nominal. Over all it's an okay place to work.

Dislikes

They do nothing about employee and team motivation.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
