It's just the brand name which is a positive factor. Everything else is not that satisfactory.

Dislikes

The HR policies of the company are a bit orthodox. There are no sick leaves, neither any overtime pay or compensatory off. Very minimal amount of employee engagement and seldom have I felt valued as an employee working here.

Work Details

There is only work and no life. Exorbitant amount of weekend workings, no appreciation for it. Zero personal life.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
