The annual rating process is totally disturbing. After giving your best through out the year you will be given lesser rating than some people who have just come to office and sit. Your work will be appropriated verbally wherever you are required to complete some job, but all your efforts will be forgotten when it's the time of appraisal.

No work life balance ,have to work 7 days a week including sundays and national holidays for 12 to 16 hours per day ,and when work pressure is there have to work 20 hours . 2.Have a very low growth in this company. 3.No HR policies are applicable at site. 4.In a Year only 10 to 15 Days off including sunday

Compared to other construction companies,L&T's credibility is much better and employees are treated with respect and there are proper SOPs within which facilities are provided to the bachelors as well as the ones with families.

Dislikes

Extremely complex and complicated EIP and corporate procedures which delay work immensely.In fact there are many such documentation works which are part of the procedures but in reality those are not necessarily needed.

Proper way of working in all aspects, Decision making, Maintains the machinery & assets to perform the work, Proper cash flow b/w all stakeholders. Good support from Seniors international of work.
