Company culture and policy good but as we are working in Railway business unit day night work going on and due work pressure no work life balance. Even for self time to spare time is also not available . No good site level management, admin ate so poor to manage self and so many colleagues i have seen that they spent money for company work but to get reimbursement lots of follow up required. Several time money spent for labour fooding. Don’t know for others but self financial condition is poor due to this company. Poor site level management. In site they give responsibility but not supposed. So hard earned money spent for company work so that work not hampered. No work time day and night any time work because responsibilities given so have to work.
