Cadrewise facilities are great, learning & grooming is amazing

Dislikes

Too much reasonalism, people will just dislike olyou for one reason that you are from this area. They will get done all work from you but all the advantage and exposure your boss will take. Mostly people are just fooling the management. Top bosses are good but mid level politics is really worst and harming mental health.

Working Culture as rightly said by Mr SNS CEO and MD You have to work 90 Hours in week . Worst Rating system 8/7/6/5 Very low reward from expectations. Rare work life balance . Mostly you have to work 8:30 am to 8 PM. Most of the managers will not approve your leave . No good facility for site people you have to travel 5 person in 4 seater Vehicle.
