Work culture in name of Performance can be very Toxic. Client driven company; if Client wants project to be completed; company has people who can execute project well; but if client does not interfere projects will take its own time to complete. Such projects have more toxic culture; look busy even on Sundays with No work and Project Heads gain recognition with Management emphasizing we can make staff work on Sunday too but in reality he is wasting company money and resources....Read More

The annual rating process is totally disturbing. After giving your best through out the year you will be given lesser rating than some people who have just come to office and sit. Your work will be appropriated verbally wherever you are required to complete some job, but all your efforts will be forgotten when it's the time of appraisal.

Working Culture as rightly said by Mr SNS CEO and MD You have to work 90 Hours in week . Worst Rating system 8/7/6/5 Very low reward from expectations. Rare work life balance . Mostly you have to work 8:30 am to 8 PM. Most of the managers will not approve your leave . No good facility for site people you have to travel 5 person in 4 seater Vehicle.
