The annual rating process is totally disturbing. After giving your best through out the year you will be given lesser rating than some people who have just come to office and sit. Your work will be appropriated verbally wherever you are required to complete some job, but all your efforts will be forgotten when it's the time of appraisal.

Hospitality became so bad. Damaged Cooler was given at the summer days when the temp was approx 45° and even no room heater was provided on the winter days when the temp was 4° at night. No car was provided whether I have to ride Bike approximately 110km to 120 km on daily basis. There is no Working satisfaction through the whole day you have to stop your eyes on your mobile for the following unusefull apps and mainly now in PT&D IC the UPD bueruo are not developing the DETs as an Enginner they are developing them as a photographer. If any DET is going to join I will suggest join the L&T as GET not DET. DETs are nothing for them but treats like a supervisor of a labour....Read More
