Job security was quite good, corporate work culture is very good but in site work culture is not good, company policy is very good but implement process is bad, salary disbursement timing is fantastic, Management was very endorsement in pandemic, employee re-hire policy is also good here.

We are facing too long working hours in site level. Appraisal/ Rating system is very much worst in our site level. At site level work life balance is below the zero level. Salary Structure/ Increment/ salary revision is very Bad. In this Digital time manual approval process is too much lengthy. Friendly atmosphere is not available to share anything about personal or professional due to protocol.
