The kind of responsibility that is provided to each individuals is great. Empowerment in Decision making is excellent. Easy to access top level management.

Dislikes

Our work-life balance is very poor. We hardly get time as we work 6 days a week. Even the PLs can be applied only 3 times a year. Each PL to be applied for a min of 3 days and hence no single day PL can be taken. Growth is good but compensation is very poor.

The skill development was really awesome.

Working culture, balance between work & family were not properly maintained nor implemented for people who are deputed in project location. The compensation / Benefits were not reached to everyone. The decision were taken by Key Accounting Manager of the project. Hope it has to be taken care by HR team.
