Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address staff level issues , worker level 3 supportive unions. Salary is narmative and decent but career growth is very slow. The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the maintain the workers ashere was no support to management . I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

worst thing in kusalava is less salery, there is no growth in salry if you work for 5years your hike will be 10k only,few people with arrogant behaviour and few people with annoying behaviour and people with poor communication skills,some people may grief due to internal politics in company.Top level management has to think about the saleries no 1 will be satisfied with their saleries all the youngsters are suffering, If the person got good salery he may take more pressure and ready do work well...Read More
