2nd and 4th Saturday off..1st and 3rd Saturday is half day is good for work life balance..Subsidies meal facility is available for employees

Appraisal cycle is too lengthy and not on time..company policies are changing frequently..Notice period for all the employees are for 3 months which is not good it should be grade wise even junior staff has to serve 3 months notice period

I never prefer this company .They are spoiling your resume .After leaving the job I had applied for new one and had put ref of this company but they unexpectedly gave wrong review. no corporate culture .seniors are very bad . However owner is the best to his employee . Too much politics among senior staff .never recommend anybody to join this company even 10 days salary was not paid to me .

I recently interviewed with D.E. Shaw, and it turned out to be one of the most draining experiences I’ve had. The interviewer’s approach felt unnecessarily harsh and dismissive, which made the entire process uncomfortable. At multiple points, the interviewer asked me to drop off the call, even when I tried asking basic questions about the designation, job description, and other details. After the interview, I found myself sitting there for a few minutes, trying to process what just happened. It left me questioning the overall tone and professionalism of the interview. Definitely not the experience I was expecting from such a well-known firm.
