This review is for top two floors of the company since it is split. Career growth for freshers and for ppl looking for opportunities is extremely slow or rather zero! .No systematic/professional HR management at all. Constantly changing policies are extremely disappointing. Not at all professional! Although I did meet very few supporting teammates but other seniors were exactly opposite and refused to help through training. There is no such training period as no training is given in particular, you have to self-train yourself! Unfair distribution of work between seniors and trainees and far more unfair remuneration. Work environment is unhealthy and again unprofessional, very unhealthy ways of communication and language of Managers with women and others as well, very inappropriate and completely unacceptable in a corporate space. Terrible experience sudden permanent layoff without any reason no analysis and here billing estimation department had 7 people and they kicked out 5 of them suddenly

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me.
