Nuberg is good for learning and skill development if you are a fresher.

Dislikes

The work life balance is pretty terrible if you are selected for site work. There is no appreciation and only expect blame game from your management. Current leave policy is terrible while the benefits for going abroad to a site is unchanged since a decade. Salary and promotions are basic unless you threaten them with resignation. There is literally no value for loyalty here.
