If u give your full effort they never recognise. Hr policy is very bad. No growth in the salary. Vp of this company not have interpersonal skill. They talk in very bad manner. I spent 3 year mostly but no increment is there. I worked in this as like our organization but they never understand. Very bad politics is there. Work Details

I handle 33kv/11kv power substation all work like erection, testing, commissioning. And also looked civil work. They have 12 substation in wich I charged 8 substation.
