If u give your full effort they never recognise. Hr policy is very bad. No growth in the salary. Vp of this company not have interpersonal skill. They talk in very bad manner. I handle 33kv/11kv power substation all work like erection, testing, commissioning. And also looked civil work. They have 12 substation in wich I charged 8 substation.
