Kroll not only focuses on work, but on the other hand, they also organize other activities such as sports events, cultural events, and fun activities to cheer up the atmosphere on the floor.

Dislikes

Like any other organization, we face similar issues with promotion and appraisal. It does not solely depend on performance or work, but rather on currying favor with managers and favoritism. This varies from department to department and team to team. Unfortunately, the mindset of the management is narrow and sometimes racist as well.

Work policy: 2 days/week from office

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
