There is nothing good about Kroll , Portfolio Valuation. Work culture is really bad. Manager tries to micro manage and make your life hell if you are not a ‘yes sir’ person. It includes lot of office politics and favouritism. Portfolio valuation is the worst team anyone can join. If in future portfolio valuation closes as a team, itwill be all because of toxic managers. Managers fight among themselves and try to bring down each other like cats and dogs. At the end it affects the employee due to inefficiency of manager. Pay is very less in this kind of work and zero learning. Managers are not at all supportive and try to be authoritative all the time. There is a reason why the attrition rate is so high and why joining bonus is so big. Bonus is big which comes with a claw back provision because the company also knows the reality of the process. There are no timings. Managers want you to work like a donkey for 24 hrs and there is no additional reward or pay for that. In terms of appraisal also, they give single digit raise and peanut bonus.
