Good work environment,supportive by team ,shop floor staff, cooperative staff,with a good relation , to get the work done , time to time.for production

Dislikes

There is, a lot of politics,but the management, support to us, due to the efforts, and respect to the entire staff, growth is low, OKT was, not practiced

As, for as my,efforts built me ,a good supervisor, my putting extra efforts solving the problems of the staff, over also ,use to give, help, and good motivation to the staff., with all department.,in different roles played at my , tenure
