As of my experience this is the worst place to work. They dont value your work and treat you like animals. They also create problems from nothing and blame you for the actions. You have to ask permission for everything other than going to the toilet. Its not right to say like that but thats the truth. You have to work even after working hours without any compensation. because of the single issue i took lots of uninformed leaves.The main thing is I never reached home before 10:16 PM. If you worked in anyother company, You may seen this text or heard "Communication make the team stronger" but in this company speaking with your team is a CRIME, yes I mean that. Im very that im resigned. Its been two month since i resigned my job. but im still waiting for my salary to be credited. Im calling every week to know the status of my salary and experience certificate. I clearly know that they are trying to cheat but I decided not to giveup this.
