It was not good at all I need to work till midnight or even till morning and their is no extra pay for overtime. During COVID they didn't even allow WFH till the strict guidelines has been generated for WFH

Unfortunately due to covid19 pandemic, the company has taken measures on restructuring itself and has decided on removing few employees . It's clearly not made certain based on what the employees are being removed. When enquired we were given reasons regarding the poor business and the losses the company is facing.
