Every old and new employee are selfish, including Managers, senior leaders every one. They just talk about women empowerment,their growth but on ground realities it is totally opposite... There's lot and lot and lot of negative stuff about the company. No growth / promotion or salary hike for the first 2 years after joining

the department of gas is not so good, especially the mangers they do micromanage when employee are coming and they have issue with leaves. Especially finance manager he is very bad and same with supply chain manger.
