Absolutley pathetic place to work! Got a fake purchased great place to work tag! If you can be a parrot only then expect growth, incompetent and illiterate leadership with zero work related skill set. Politics is the only thing these good for nothing seniors can do. Save your carreer and work ANYWHERE ELSE, will be better than this place.

- Salary was good till last year, this year bonus and salary increment is cut. - Until last year, GCC was strategic capability center and we felt pride working - this year onwards, its announced that GCC is now considered as cheap contractor offshore delivery center and clubbed with contractors. no longer a strategic center for thecompany. Pride to work for this GCC is over now, even within company the treatment has changed - join for salary jump, rest its just offshore delivery center for cost cutting...Read More

Joined KH a year back because of its global presence and culture. GCC culture was really good initially, leadership team had clarity about how to go about the business.

Dislikes

In a year, all the expectations has been changed. No leadership stability, the notice period was increased so that employee's suffer. Two centre leads and two HR heads have left within a year, the bonus was cut by 60% and there is no clarity in personal growth. Manager's reviews and one on one are sham, skill set and knowledge is not needed. People pleasing skills and how well you can dance and sing (centre level co curricular activities) are only valued for your "personal" growth. So if you are someone looking to grow in technical space and expand your skill set, think twice before joining. Highly not recommended if you are looking for stability and growth....Read More

Having completed a year here, the work culture has pleasantly surprised me. In just one year's time there have been many fun events and initiatives by the company, which is difficult to find elsewhere. My team has also been very supportive and I have been able to learn a lot from them.

Well known brand Awesome experience to be part of GCC journey. was part of first 50 employees hired and had an amazing time full of learning and building long term relationship global stakeholders so you get chance to work on real problems in business globally

since last 1 year, it is no longer same place to work. culture of fear and politics across all departments nobody takes initiatives now, be it sports or cultural events due to politics quality of leaders who have joined in last 1 year is so bad that it doesnt feel like an MNC anymore earlier it was open culture, now its full gossip culture very sad to see this GCC turn this way, i am resigning next month and moving from Kraft Heinz. I love the fact that everyone tries. We know we are not perfect, and no one is but the fact that we try and make the changes is what I like about KH. The work life balance, what they offer us internally at work too is way above what many companies with even bigger names and population offer. Kraft Heinz feels like home, because people make you feel like you are wanted.

Dislikes

The challenges that are faced by the economy today is the ability to scale salaries as needed. But i see that they try to do their best.
