Having completed a year here, the work culture has pleasantly surprised me. In just one year's time there have been many fun events and initiatives by the company, which is difficult to find elsewhere. My team has also been very supportive and I have been able to learn a lot from them.

I love the fact that everyone tries. We know we are not perfect, and no one is but the fact that we try and make the changes is what I like about KH. The work life balance, what they offer us internally at work too is way above what many companies with even bigger names and population offer. Kraft Heinz feels like home, because people make you feel like you are wanted.

Dislikes

The challenges that are faced by the economy today is the ability to scale salaries as needed. But i see that they try to do their best.

- no learning and development plan, absolutely no career planning clarity - hr turns hostile if you ask questions on L&D plan or career growth - many talks about women and diversity, gala womens day celebration just to show off to global leaders - hostile work environment for females in my department - major cuts in variable pay andnot sure on future increment as well - was hired for strategic role, ended up doing very manual back end job. only good thing is salary is of strategic role...Read More

- Overall culture is very negative - Variable pay but by 60% due to poor global performance and future outlook not good - unnecessary politics and groupism - I’m just 6 months in company and already looking for change - not recommended to join - local and global leaders not inspirational at all
