Horrible organisation, biased people, buttering your bosses and getting growth. People on Top position don’t know any professionalism. If you have links and always say YES to your Manager it’s ok. My experience is horrible and trust pls don’t join any Big 4.

Biased people sitting on top positions starting from HR to Finance. If you know the art of buttering your boss then ok. Unprofessional people no policies and systems. Making fool of clients and charing million rupees for nothing

Working in KPMG gives you a lot exposure and learning. You will get to learn cross functions and with various teams. You will be provided opportunities but you have to be upfront in asking the management that you are intrested in a particular area and ready for more responsibility. No one will give you anything in a platter you have to prove and fight for it

Dislikes

Its cutthroat competition. People will be all sweet and concerning on your face but really they will only intrested in how long its going to take to complete your work. Its a good learning experience in terms of how to handle cunning people

Extremely Disappointed with KPMG's Recruitment and Background Verification Process I am writing this review to express my profound dissatisfaction with KPMG's recruitment and background verification (BGV) process. Despite successfully completing all formalities and receiving an offer, my profile was rejected during the BGV without any prior notification or clear justification. Here are the key points of my experience: Lack of Communication: After receiving the offer, I was informed that my profile did not pass the BGV. This decision was made without any prior notification or opportunity to rectify any supposed issues. Unjustified Rejection: The rejection was based on a mistake in the uploaded documents, which could have been clarified if I had been given the chance. Despite my repeated requests to re-verify the documents, the recruiter did not respond or provide any assistance. Professional and Personal Impact: Trusting KPMG's offer, I resigned from my previous job. Now, I find myself unemployed with significant financial commitments and responsibilities towards my family. This situation has caused immense stress and uncertainty. Unresponsive Recruiter: Throughout this ordeal, the recruiter handling my case was unresponsive and dismissive of my requests for clarification and assistance. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable from a reputed firm like KPMG. I urge KPMG's higher authorities to review and address this issue to prevent such occurrences in the future. 1. I worked in the GRCS branch of Chennai and the work culture is toxic as there are personal grudges due to the inflating ego of the upper management. It depends on the Manager or Director you work under. 2.
