There is no pro in this company only cons are there

Dislikes

No work culture. Only work is priority to much. Of politics. No skill improvements no extra activities. Forcing to work extra times also you will not get leaves easily. World is moving to high tech equipment and this company will give you a system who works on dual core processor and will expect to work quickly. Pathetic do not join.

Work Details

Work is only struggle in this organisation to have to tell them what you have done to get increment. Leads are not aware about you knowledge. Only shouting is there and blaming each other.

This company has fired 28approx. Employees ... including me due to corona...even without any prior notice and extra pay...... They will make u work like an animal ...and managers r pathethic ..specially for girls....hope I could have named him here

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
