Company environment is good. No politics is found as such. Higher management is helpful for any query or help and support.

Still outdated technology is being used for primary product. No steps are taken for knowledge improvement. Pathetic work life balance where you would need to work for late night and sometimes for entire night. Customer call you any time in a night and ask for work.
