Our canteen facilities are available for all employees. We have tea and coffee vending machine in both our Pune and Nagpur offices. Also, we have snack vending machine in Nagpur that employees can use on pay basis. The company provides employees with free daily snacks to further support our team.

My experience at Excellon has been wonderful . I had a chance to work with new technologies like machine learning. Besides the flexible shift timings and comp-offs for weekend work are a big plus

Honestly nothing i joined as a fresher here and i think only freshers can survive in this company as they can be misused and exploited

Dislikes

As i said this company knows how to exploit you has 3 months of notice period and doesn’t provide you early release, so you have to let go of your MNC offer letters.

The work environment is quite good, teammates and tech leads are always there to help you. For freshers, it was a very good company to learn about new technologies. As it is a product based company, so I know what kind of programming they do, it's appreciable. Software Architecture wise and concept wise, their product is mind-blowing.

Dislikes

For youngsters, it is very difficult to manage work-life balance. But I don't think youngster should focus on other things in the starting phase of work life. it benefits when you get experienced in the software industry.

I have worked on multiple projects in Excellon Software, learned lots of things related to technologies and handled deployments also. Very good experience.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
