if you are looking for work life balance place, big 4 is not for you. You many need to work 12-15 hrs every day sometimes on sat and sunday also. In all big 4 wirk from home is usually considered as 24*7. compensation is no more competitive now as many non big 4 are providing the same compensation</mark>. good appraisal depends on relationship with your manager. you may be given engagements to work on/ handle on which you may not have any prior experience which generally result in spending more time on work then usual. no any freebies, perks. you will get only your ctc....Read More
