My expectations were quite high but then it didn't really turn up to be the same. They definitely support work life balance but then need to be more professional. Growth was stuck for an year and a lot of political behavior with a mix of non transparency. Although they say transparency is there but it doesn't really happen that way.Learning curve is restricted since the usage of tools to the KM group is restricted. So many approvals one has to take just to get Chrome downloaded to a system so just imagine how difficult it would be to get Alteryx trial version downloaded. Yeah you heard it right. I understand security is concern when you are an audit company but then some kind of lineance is required in order to learn something new. Talking about recognition, you will definitely get it every quarter if you are in good books of you know who. Compensation plans are average not great but then learning and growth is hampered a lot....Read More

The main factor that KPMG attaracts resources by giving the flexibility and an opportunity to the freshers to explore new areas. My role was and IC, given handle the end to end project management that provided an exposure to the larger extent.

Dislikes

The Management is the cahallenging part here and the procedures for any approvals is very difficult. A fresher always wants get support from their management and learn from their managers, which I see very difficult in KPMG global services (agin it might be same for all the teams)
