I worked in this company for 1 year I would say I have never seen such a strict working hours

No work life balence It's like someone forcefully dip your face inside water .no time to breath because of work You are expected to work even midnight . For December month shutdown 4 days they compensate by working on 4 Saturday's I would never prefer this company to anyone

Appraisals are fair but based on your team and manager only. If no politics in the team, definitely can get good credit from the management. Late night cab facility is available during the delivery.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is no job security. In past 3 years, have seen huge people lost their job due to recession. There's no time limit for work hours. Even if we you put more hard work by working for long hours for critical and short term task which is given by the customer, at the end management will not appreciate anything.
