After training despite performing good they allocated projects randomly. Trainer said he will allocate projects based on performance but there was nothing true in that. Many people who performed not that good got projects and many who gave efforts during training and performed well left without projects for months. At the first stage I'm feeling happy now because at least they have given a chance financial support in this pandamic time because we are waited upto 1.5years for joining. We joined but only as intern trainee expected for FTE but it's there policy now after 6 months we can't say about job security.

Not bad as of now because we are just virtually onboarded so can't say about office environment.
