Kpit markets as good company but , inside it's like they used to terminates the freshers informing them prior. There are many people in kpit for 2yrs with no projects , no hikes , more it politics in the team. No growth for freshers. Most the freshers from 1-2 yrs in the bench. No employee benefits, no appraisals.
