Will not count productivity. Without any reason will put you on PIP . No hikes even if will get 3% in an year. No space to sit employees even though you have to go office. No any extra benefits in regarding salary.

Micromanagement in some of the projects. Work life balance is little difficult as management forces to complete 9 hrs a day in office. I thought they had a flexible timings. Some of the projects are really worst managed.
