1. Bootlickers are getting promotions and good hikes 2. No job security 3. Senior people are expecting you to work for 10+ hrs and if the work is not done, then you need to be in office on weekends 4. During the hike cycles, the senior management will show bad results to give low hikes 5. Recognitions are not there 6.
