in kotak security culture is only concentration politics senior person to junior not official work, not any client satisfier to client hidden charges. and not to support any problem.

Many unauthorised trades happening and Branch manager indirecly forcing to do the same. He is not supporting and putting pressure on employees only. He is having sweating desease when he work. Most of the days he leave office at 3pm for his personal purposes. Saturday is holiday but he forces to come office if he wants any personal puposes to come nearby office. Very inefficient Branch manager.

Everything about kotak mahindra bank this guys are harassing me I resigned dur to poor working environment they have not accepted yet it's been 3 month also made fun of my mental health by asking x-ray in prov tl manager hr everyone was involved they harassed me so much mentally I left the job and not able to work in other place.

It's a waste company. When I went for interview, in secunderabad KOTAK SECURITIES Branch, they treated me like shit. No one take care about you. I'm the only one when I went for interview at that time, but they are having fun and ignored me. I told them that I'm here for interview but they just told me to wait outside.
