Job security is the major issue. Their attrition rate is quite high. They want you to perform but they don't support when needed. They extend probation as per their choice. Managers are biased.

Lala culture. No vision and 0 leadership drive.

Dislikes

Relaxed culture. Appraisals are a farce. Peanuts bonus. No timely promotions. Culture is beneficial to only VP and above.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
