in kotak security culture is only concentration politics senior person to junior not official work, not any client satisfier to client hidden charges. and not to support any problem.

Many unauthorised trades happening and Branch manager indirecly forcing to do the same. He is not supporting and putting pressure on employees only. He is having sweating desease when he work. Most of the days he leave office at 3pm for his personal purposes. Saturday is holiday but he forces to come office if he wants any personal puposes to come nearby office. Very inefficient Branch manager.

High level pressure for cash turnover... Many dealers resigned due cash turnover target and rejoined in their previous company . if your boss likes you personally then will get promotion , good rating & bonus...Other wise swahahaaaaa
