No process to follow. Boss are like gunda, threatening everytime. Can not stand on words said by them. While joining said 5 days working, after joining it is 7 days working even have to work on holiday. 24/7 you have to be available. Sometimes From morning 7 am to night 1 am. Saturday Sunday and Holiday have to work. If you have applied for leave they'll not approve it till last day and want you to cancel the leaves.
