Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The incentive system is worse. Also some seniors came from the bank so they still don't know about general insurance culture. Overall it is not good especially in central areas like MP CG.

Who are at city level and if they are kotak bank migrated employee then they will become national heads in just 2 to 3 years but if you have joined from the industry then growth is negligible no matter how good you are.
