During covid 19 period, I have worked fully. I get the accounts open, did general insurance, account funding. I have traveled for MSME kit sign. But the bank higher management informed that I have to resign due to corona virus situation. This forced resignation is completely unexpected.

Covid-19 period time job security is poor for employees and further over pressure at that time but company is good and my Manager very supportive and encouraging my works That's all .But next opportunities I don't miss it for that Bank.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and tha Managemant is transplant. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good. Appraisals aren’t fair and salary too. And hike and bonus aren’t that much should be.

There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Unsecure job.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training season. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
