I have worked in Kolkata region. At kotak you get enough opportunities if you have a good bonding with your seniors or else it is little different. Work life balance is good. They will never tell you to work in holidays. HR policy is good, they are strong. However learning opportunities is very limited at kotak. They give good salaries to new joinee. Overall I will rate 3 out of 5.

Working like insurance company employees will work only on life insurance there is so much class work in CRM NXT NBFC bank are paying same salaries it's only single product but we are doing multiple products heavy pressure

Less ppl more work. But it also depends on the manager... If he/she is working there since longggg time... Then that scenario is goin to occur that they will try to get all the things (including work of other teams) by you Still be expecting your productivity should not be hampered.

Only the job security which I like but the work life balance and the work culture is becoming worst post the change in the management.

Lots of work pressure and the managers keep on shouting in the lobby area and management keep on pressurising for sales everyday morning afternoon evening we are engaged in concall with the seniors which impacts our personal life too .

No feedback is taken from frontline staff before framing the products/ processes, more of meetings, upper management has no interaction with frontline staff to motivate and clearly communicate companies vision and mission. Pay parity is missing within teams
