Dislikes

Many things. First and foremost, there is a hierarchy and approaching top management is difficult. Any random work can be dumped upon you. Can't say for entire company but I did experience Groupism and borderline bullying.

Company is supportive in every front for their employees. Management took care very well of employees and their compensation during pandemic.

Dislikes

Some senior level people (location head) take their responsibilities as power to do anything and because of that employee has to offer. Not a case with me but saw it happening.

U can get a lot of opportunities to move to other departments

You will have a lot of work as the system we use are primitive also they pay peanuts without any good increments

Work is alot with all revenue making talks only revenue is what is asked. Too many system issues s Which affects productivity however low numbers are stil questioned without considering system issues
