No work timings . No good work culture .. big banks like ICICI has amazing work culture Nobody listens to problem.. even the boss doesnt pick calls if you want to explain anything inspite of the fact that boss is a at super high post I dont know why people are getting promoted in such banks when they dont want to work and they dont wanto listen to their subordinate issues People at high post doesnt do any work and they claim that as we are at high post we will not do anything .. in working hours they are going to cafe , smoking , parties , shopping ! People at higher ranks use bad language and talk cheap stuff Even if you are not healthy at all and you are hospitalized still they ask you to come to work and there counter parts ( bosses favourite people ) will call you and say that doesnt matter its a part of job .. one of my colleagues lost her mother while working when she already knew her mother had cancer and her mother was hospitalized inspite of that her boss told to her its ok ye sab to chalta rehta h and she was asked to work till 9 at night n in middle of that she lost her mother .. who is responsible for it know ??? These kinda banks should shut down but I know they wont.. Also , alas no facilities , no job training are given to new employees they are asked to work on a new role without knowin how to..
