Upper level employees are very good n down to earth

No work life balance, no time boundaries 10 to 12hr or can be more , lower level employees in branch treats us like they are d director of company, they want male dominated staff in branch n gives wrong information to upper level very negative they are..

Management doesn't address our issues. From lockdown period there are no support from our branches, we are still working in open market. Even entry pass not allowed for digital team in lockdown period

Overall it's good to be an employee of Kotak. The major issue is what we need nowdays, Growth. Too late promotions and compensation highly based on incentives by direct sales. Though trainings and many more things to learn here. Good environment, helping superiors and good environment. Rewards and recognitions are the very good thing they do. Recently they started a Carrier fare in which now M1 grade staff will also be able to earn more. Though salary is very less and no conveyance expenses are given to staff....Read More

I would like to add some points for this: 1- growth 2- conveyance expenses not given 3- they give too low package to staff coming from out of location.

I worked as a Aquisition Manager. Though they started giving me work for Cash and operations too. I've taken cash management and operations work. Also i was given some MIS WORK at cluster level by AM. Overall im happy to gain so much knowledge
