No job security, everyday manager continuously says "If you can't complete your target, you'll get terminated". Full of office politics. When I went for the interview they lied to me, telling I will get Rs.25000 salary per month but actually one will have to provide them 1.5 lacs worth policies and recruit 5 people by fooling them, like they have done with you and then you will probably get the salary. Then when you tell them you can't give them the full quantity of policies, they try to get their business done by asking you to make life insurance policies for your whole family!!...Read More
