They supported as all other companies to protect their employees like sanitisers at work place, proper masks available, thermal screening, In addition they are the only one i think paid full salaries and no removal or manpower cutting done. Thats impressive in this pandemic and appreciable. Moreover, technically support is available24x7, internal process already aligned whether communications to vendors, payments processes, or customer communications. For customers they also did gave time in lockdown period to pay the due payments after 3 months....Read More

I believe Appraisal always based on Last year performance, initiatives and your efforts.though situation is worst this year, but they could do the same and release due promotions/hikes. Still they manage to give the diwali
