Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. I worked at airtel money here and the AM and manager are so rude they do not care about the timings.. i worked over my time still they shouted .. my shift was from 10 to 7pm and i worked there till 8-8:30 sometimes still they behaved so rude and they were not understanding as well
